Bring your numbers. Leave with a plan.
One working day in a small room of home-service owners, hosted by Kris Cook and Jake Benjamin. You put your real numbers on the table. The room helps you find the next move. You leave with a 30-day plan you wrote yourself.
- Fri, Nov 13, 2026
- 8 AM to 5 PM
- Jake's lakeside home, Massachusetts
- Breakfast and lunch included
A room of operators
We keep the group small so every owner gets real time in the hot seat. That only works when everyone in the room is ready to share and act.
A good fit if you
- Own a home-service business and run its numbers
- Will share your real P&L, team, and problems with the group
- Want to get yourself out of the daily work
- Act on a plan in the next 30 days
Not a fit if you
- Want a conference with a crowd and a stage
- Prefer to keep your numbers private
- Are still deciding whether to start a business
Work, not a lecture
Most of the day is spent on attendees' businesses. The hosts teach what worked for them, then the room goes to work on yours.
Your hot seat
You present your numbers and your biggest problem. Two owners who have scaled, plus the room, work on it with you live.
Two playbooks
Jake shows the systems behind Benjamin's Power Washing's growth. Kris covers leadership, hiring, and running a business that does not need you every day.
A 30-day plan
Before you leave, you write a 30-day action plan and read it to the room. The people who heard it will ask how it went.
Two days, one choice
Day 1 is the mastermind. Day 2 is an optional VIP day for attendees who want more time with the hosts and the group.

Tell us about your business
This is not a payment form. It tells Kris's team enough to decide whether the room is a fit for you.
- You send this form. It takes about two minutes.
- Kris's team reviews it and contacts you to talk about fit.
- If it is a fit, you get an invoice to hold your seat.
Got it. Thank you.
Kris's team will review your answers and contact you to talk about fit. Nothing is due until your seat is confirmed.
Before you ask
